Tash Rosin - Founder

Tash.jpg

Tash was educated at Garden House in London, Downe House and Southampton IOE. She gained her PGCE in Primary Education at Roehampton University.

She has 18 years’ experience teaching in both the state and private sector and over 12 years’ experience of private tuition, working towards the entrance exams for 7 - 11+

Tash helps children gain confidence in themselves and their abilities and assists with the interview process, helping make children feel at ease. She also runs regular mock exams.

Tash founded Teatime Tutors in 2014 after realising the demands put upon parents and tutors alike, to help hungry, tired children.

Our Other Tutors

All teatime Tutors are qualified teachers with experience of the 7+, 8+, 9+, 10+ and 11+ transfer processes. They have been interviewed and DBS (formerly CRB) checked by us, and all have excellent academic records of their own.

All our tutors share our view that pastoral care is part and parcel of a successful and happy child. We ensure that our groups always meet the same tutors, expect in exceptional circumstances.

There are never more than four children in the group and what’s great about Tash is that she’s fun and she really understands the children, she’s not stuffy. She doesn’t make the children feel silly; she builds on their current knowledge and gets to know the children and their strengths and weakness
